Offered

We offer a wide array of martial arts classes including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, and Strength Training. In addition to these group classes we also offer private one on one lessons.

muay thai

These classes are instructed by Ning Gogoi, a multiple time National Champion and currently undefeated in the Professional circuit in Thailand. Muay Thai is a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Muay Thai is known as “the art of eight limbs” because it is characterized by the combined and efficient use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet. Practicing Muay Thai requires excellent physical conditioning and coordination, and so is great for both ordinary athletes and fighters.

These classes are instructed by Higio Tarak, a multiple time National Champion and a Blue belt who's been training and competing for more than 7 years. BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and choke-holds to defeat the opponent. It is a physically demanding martial art, and new practitioners typically lose weight and gain muscle while improving coordination and flexibility.

Our Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) classes are by invite only. You will need some prior experience of at least one martial art or combat sport. Please talk to us if are interested.
MMA is the fastest growing sport in the world. MMA is a highly effective combination of several martial arts, typically but not exclusively including; Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai and Judo. Professional and amateur MMA fight leagues can now be found around the world.

Conditioning

Our Strength and Conditioning classes are instructed by Nabam Gautam, who holds an M.Sc in Strength training and conditioning.
These sessions involve high intensity resistance training mixed with bodyweight exercises designed to improve strength, endurance & movement specifically for combat sports.

one on one
private training

Even though we try to keep our class timings to accommodate people from all walks of life we understand that not everyone is free during those times. That is when you can avail our one on one private classes in our academy or in the convenience of your home. One hour of one on one training which includes warmup, basics, padwork, bagwork, strength and conditioning and cooldown.
