Fundamentals of Olympic Lifting and Derivatives

Tuesday:

Lower body plyometric + Upper body ballistic training (Power)

Wednesday:

Traditional Lifting (Push, Pull and Core)

Thursday:

Olympic Lifting Derivates + Strength Endurance Circuit

Friday:

Metabolic Conditioning (Energy System)
